Terms of Service

Vibrant Media is a subscription service. AI agents work from the business brief you fill in when you sign up. If you connect Google, AI-Analyst also reads your Search Console and Analytics figures to write its reports. From that input they produce marketing content: articles, social posts, images, link plans and reports.

You can also ask us to fill part of that brief in for you from your own website. We then open the public pages at the address you give us — the ones any visitor sees. To pick your brand colors we also open up to two of that site's own style files — the ones on its own address, or the file its website builder compiled from its settings — and only the colors are taken from them, no text. We check that site's robots.txt first and read nothing from it if it tells our reader to stay off the site. We open at most five pages, we may first try the www form of the address (or your main domain, if you gave us an app-style one like app.yourdomain.com) to find where the business is described, and we never sign in and never submit a form. Our reader identifies itself as VibrantMediaBot and links to our Privacy Policy.

What comes back is a draft written by a model from the text of those pages, not a statement by us. Every field says where it came from — quoted from a page you named, inferred, or left empty because the pages don't say — and we check each quote against the page we downloaded ourselves, marking it as inferred when it doesn't match. The pages go to the model as they are, so if a page names a person, that text is part of what the model reads; we instruct it not to extract people, and your profile has no field a person could be stored in — it holds your company name, niche, city, what you sell, competitors and customer feedback, and nothing else is kept. You see that draft and edit it before it becomes your brief; what we keep is the profile you confirm.

Content reaches a channel only when you approve that specific piece. Starting a task produces a draft, not a post. Nothing publishes on a schedule of ours.

The service is provided to businesses, not consumers. You must be authorized to act for each business you register.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the business information you provide — the AI team works from it.

The web addresses you ask us to read are part of that information: we read the address you enter, its www form, and — when you enter an app-style address such as app.yourdomain.com — your main domain. We never go looking for other sites, and we never read a site for you on someone else's behalf.

Content produced for you belongs to you once delivered. You may export your data and disconnect any channel at any time.

We keep our own copy of what the team produces and, when a piece is published, a copy of the live page exactly as it was published — that is what the evidence feed shows you. Those copies belong to your workspace; how we store and share data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing is published without your approval. Every article the team writes lands as a draft in Approvals on your Results screen; you read it, edit it and decide. Approving it is what publishes it — the product has no unattended posting and no switch that turns one on.

Everything else the team produces — social posts, images, link plans, reports — is prepared for you to publish yourself; approving those closes the item, it does not send anything.

Credentials you enter for your own channels are encrypted before they are stored and are decrypted only on our servers — when we publish a piece you approved, or when you press “Test connection”. Disconnecting a channel erases them and stops us publishing there. If a channel is not connected for you, approving a piece records your decision and posts nothing — the app marks that a dry run.

You are responsible for reviewing content for claims specific to your business before approving it.

If a piece is already live on your blog or your store, you can take it down from the app. Other channels do not support removal from here — you take those down on the platform itself.

Plans are billed in advance through Stripe.

The free plan does not include AI runs — it gives you the workspace and the brief; a paid plan is what puts the team to work.

Usage is metered in deliverables against your plan's monthly allowance, and the allowance is enforced on the server before any paid AI work starts. A run counts when it starts — including one a quality gate holds for review — and when the allowance is used up the team stops and tells you. We do not currently bill for overage.

Generated images draw on a separate Credits balance. Credit packs are one-time top-ups; when Credits run out, media generation stops even if your plan allowance is untouched.

You can cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling is self-service: Settings → Billing → Manage subscription opens the Stripe billing portal. Refunds are handled case by case.

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy (fake reviews, spam, deceptive practices and similar are prohibited — for your protection and ours).

AI-generated content can contain errors. The service includes QA gates and an approval flow precisely because no AI output is guaranteed accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is,” and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.

We may suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
