Nothing posts without you
Approval-first, no exceptions
Every draft lands in Approvals on your Results screen. You read it, edit it, and decide — approving is what publishes it. There is no unattended posting and no switch that turns one on.
Nine of twelve channels are a hand-off
We post for you only where we have a real integration: your own blog on WordPress, Shopify or Ghost. For every other channel — Medium, Telegram, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Reddit, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok — nothing is automated at all: the team writes the post and a step-by-step checklist, and you publish it from your own account. We ask you for no password for those, only for where the work should go.
No growth tricks

We never buy followers, likes or comments, never run bot accounts to inflate numbers, and never use automation that pretends to be a person. Growth that isn't real isn't worth paying for.
Official APIs only
Where we publish for you — WordPress, Shopify and Ghost — we go through the platform's official API, using only the access you granted. Everywhere else we post nothing at all; you do. We never scrape the platforms we publish to, we use no unofficial automation, and we never sign in as you.

AI-LinkBuilder does real directory listings and outreach you approve one at a time. No private blog networks, no forum spam, no paid links — nothing Google's guidelines call a link scheme.
Outreach is drafted, not sent
Every pitch arrives as a draft in your queue — approve it, edit it, or drop it. Nothing goes out under your name until you have read it.

No fake reviews or unverifiable claims
We never write fake reviews or testimonials. Six quality gates read every draft before you do — facts, brand voice, SEO, policy, whether it repeats an earlier piece of yours, and whether an assistant can read it — and unqualified medical, legal or financial advice is blocked outright.
Labelling AI media: not built yet
Some platforms require AI-generated media to be labelled as such. We don't add those labels automatically today, and we won't pretend otherwise — until we ship it, that call is yours to make when you post.

Your assets stay yours
Content, images and connected accounts belong to you. Disconnect any channel from the Publishing screen, and export everything the app holds about your business as JSON whenever you want.
Channel credentials: encrypted, and yours to revoke
What you paste is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before it reaches our database, decrypted only on our servers — to publish a piece you approved, or when you ask us to test the connection, and never shown back to you. Disconnect the channel and we erase it. Access runs through the API key or application password you issued on the platform yourself, scoped to the work. Where a deployment has no encryption key configured, connecting a channel checks your credentials and stores nothing — the Publishing screen says so.
We read only the site you point us at
Ask us to fill your brief from your website and we open its public pages — the ones any visitor sees. To pick your brand colors we also open up to two of that site's own style files — the ones on its own address, or the file its website builder compiled from its settings — and only the colors are taken from them, no text. We check that site's robots.txt first and read nothing from it if it tells our reader to stay off. At most five pages, only when you press the button, never signed in and never submitting a form. Our reader says who it is (VibrantMediaBot) and links to our Privacy Policy. Those pages go to the model as they are; we instruct it not to extract people, and the profile we keep has no field for one.
This is the policy we build the product to. Vibrant Media is an early-stage product; figures and previews elsewhere on the site are sample data for illustration.
